After many years in the corporate world, I felt a gentle calling to explore Somatic Therapy and various Holistic Energy Healing practices. A question I often hear is: Why this?
Through my own healing journey, I encountered both struggle and growth as I confronted the fears that created dis-harmony in my chakras, bodies and field. It was through this challenging process that I began to reconnect with the innate soul wisdom that has always been within me, awakening to the deeper guidance of my Higher Self. By healing the connection between mind, body, and spirit, I re-aligned with my true essence and began to experience life from a more expansive, interconnected place.
This journey sparked a profound shift in my Being, allowing me to embrace a life of peace, clarity, and inner strength. Rooted in alignment with my Divine Self, this transformation continues to guide and inspire my work, fuel my purpose and illuminate my own spiritual path.
Somatic & Energy Healing
Integrative Somatic Therapy is a field of body-focused work. Using non-intrusive Hakomi and Body Poem methods, I provide Somatic self-discovery through client-led observation. In other words, you are leading each session at your own pace, level of comfort and feeling. As an intuitive Somatic reader and energy body-worker, I help you release energetic knots to bring your body back into balance.
Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) is an advanced, hands-on energy healing system designed to help you release the emotional and physical blockages that keep you from living your fullest life. Developed by Stevan J. Thayer at the Center of Being, IET harnesses the power of the violet angelic energy ray, channeled through the Nine Healing Angels of the Energy Field, to work directly with your 12-Strand Spiritual DNA.
